An Indian number plate bus, operated by Shri Hari Tours & Travels, Gujarat bearing Registration No.GJ14X9900 carrying around 50 Indian pilgrims met with an accident at Naubise, Dhading district early this morning. It is estimated that around 17 dead bodies have been recovered so far while 27 have been rescued and are being shifted to various hospitals in Kathmandu. Identity of the dead and the injured is yet to be ascertained. A team of Consular Wing officials has been deputed to the accident site to coordinate search and rescue operations and extend necessary assistance.
